Insight:
It is interesting that when one expresses one's self, the listener often takes the comment personally instead of simply understanding that the statement, rather than being a point of contention, is in fact only an expression of that person's view from their perspective and has nothing to do with any other perception regarding the same situation on which the comment was based.
